2021.12.04 19:04 inklisededic Create Custom Token with Yearnlab backed by $YLB

Create Custom Token with Yearnlab backed by $YLB How about, I tell you that you can now create your very own cryptocurrency and trade it. Imagine having your own cryptocurrency that people buy and sell. Also, please imagine the lucrative opportunities that come with it. Moreover, the value it adds to your business is beyond monetary value.

https://i.redd.it/oneib6snhl381.gif
In Addition to all the monetary incentives you will get, imagine the moral aspect of it too, the sense of fulfilment, and enlightenment you get after having something that solely represents your brand.
All things considered, creating your own token has been made more excited by Yearnlab. Solely because of the perks that it will provide to its users to create their own token. These include, marketing support by $YLB, enjoy larger audience and lower cost.
As lucrative as this idea might seem to you, at this point you are probably wondering about expenses, Or maybe you are wondering, I don’t know enough about it, or I like this business idea but I’m not a technical person. You might also be reluctant about the lengthy process you will have to follow, or lastly but obviously not the least, you are probably wondering, this might be expensive.
Most of the time, it is appropriate to assume that something will cost you one of the two, your time or your money. All business people abide by this. However, there are exceptions. And, this article is about one of these exceptional platforms that will provide you both, quality and quantity. It will enable you to create your very own token with less to no technical background, plus, its also very pocket friendly. Moreover, your token will be backed by $YLB itself.
By now, you have most probably made up your mind about creating your own token and you are very curious about how to create one. So let’s get to the point.
Let’s say Charlie wants to create his own token. He’s very excited to create it and launch it. He has even decided the name of his token $CHR, quite cliché. Everything is streamline so far. But there is one problem, Yearnlab requires at least 15000 $YLB tokens which is equal to 1 BNB, for Charlie to create his own token. These funds can be unlocked at any time later on. But poor Charlie do not have the required funds to provide at the moment. Charlie really wants to create his token. So he asks family and friends to lend him some funds. Sadly, they refused. He has another idea; he will open an ICO or conduct a pre-sale of his token. Charlie is good at marketing, he has people who believe in the success of his brand, so they participate in his pre-sale. Luckily, he has arranged the required funds. Now he can simple buy BNB token from pancake swap.
So far, Charlie is all set to convert his BNB into $YLB tokens to meet the requirement and create his own token. Now it’s time for him to follow a few easy steps to create his token in less than 5 minutes
*ADD MANNUAL\*
Now that Charlie has created his own token, there is more to it. He can create his own staking pool. However, he cannot create his staking pool directly. For that, he has to use his authority to participate in governance and create a poll. Other stakeholders will participate in this poll and the final result will be delivered to the administration for approval. Upon their approval, he can create his staking pool.
Charlie is smart enough to make the right financial decision. He created his own token and staking pool with Yearnlab, to enjoy lucrative benefits. He also knows that, though $YLB is constructed on Binance smart chain it will soon become compatible with Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, AVAX, and Polygon. Are you smart enough to take the right step for your financial betterment?

2021.12.04 19:04 Take-Courage Am I griefing by playing tempo heroes in 2k?

Hi all, 2k scrub here. I've noticed a trend in my games - simply put, they always go on for more than 40 minutes regardless of what I do.
I'm a mid player and I tend to enjoy heroes like Void Spirit, Puck and Ember with lots of twitch abilities and magic damage.
The downside of these heroes in 2k is they are great at winning fights and ganking, but they don't push objectives very well, and after about 30 minutes they start to fall off even if you have decent farm.
My matches tend to follow a pattern:

  1. I generally win my lane or go even
  2. We push some early objectives, including a couple of T2s by about 35 minutes in most games. The enemy is generally on the defensive during my timing window and I get a good haul of kills and few deaths.
  3. The team go high ground too early, or take their foot off the gas. This isn't blaming them, this is just how 2k players play.
  4. We feed a hero like TB or Luna. I am still relevant but it's now a matchup between Carrys
  5. We lose a key fight.
  6. They run down mid and end about 50 minutes in.
One or two games like this would be fine of course, these things happen in dota it's a swingy game, but at the moment it feels much more like a pattern and I'm starting to worry I might actually be handicapping myself by not scaling hard enough with either hero picks or item builds.
Now, obviously, a more skilled player would be able to win these games with my heroes/items, I'm not contesting that a better ember player with more experience would make fewer mistakes, and be able to win even with a terrible team.
However, my concern is this: my hero choices are creating a situation where, because 2k players are not fast at taking objectives, exploiting space, or farming, 1 or 2 rookie mistakes from me are sufficient to lose the game, because the onus is always on my team to attack and make the most of a timing window. Whereas many of the carrys I play against make mistakes nearly constantly for 30 minutes, are punished for them, and do not lose the game as a result.
What do you think? Should I just be more greedy and try some heroes that are more appropriate for my bracket, or am I on the right track and just need to be patient? Am I thinking about this the wrong way entirely?
All thoughts welcome!

2021.12.04 19:04 GoldenGraces Bully stick holders are a so helpful

My 6 month cockapoo has separation anxiety when he is awake in his pen alone. I was always nervous about leaving him with any type of chew and kongs don’t last very long for him. I ordered a bully stick holder on amazon and it stays on so well (i have to remove the bully stick end with pliers). He is currently happily chewing it in his pen alone :) hoping this helps with his barking when alone

2021.12.04 19:04 LordLucas94 About to Apply to Study Chinese @ University

Hi everyone,
I'm a 26yo White British male, about to send off my applications to numerous Universities throughout the UK, to study Chinese (the language, the history society ect) - with the plan of eventually moving to China to do TESL and teach in a Chinese University for a few years - and then ideally moving on to become a diplomat for large businesses or governments.
But obviously with the instability of China's ever-changing stance towards foreigners, and the recent shutdown of Private English-Teaching Schools - i'm simply concerned that I may be making a big mistake investing years into a country that potentially won't have any space or need for me.
With that being said, I have a friend who teaching English in Bejing, and he reassures me that the ban actually has benefitted English Teachers with Degrees - because English teachers without Degrees are now basically unable to work - making the demand for you way higher. So i'm thinking it could still be a worthy, profitable, and enjoyable endeavour.

But I'm particularly interesting in hearing what you guys have to say - and in any experiences you think worth sharing. Is it still possible for a young man, to move to Bejing/Shanghai and teach English at Universities - or are they so xenophobic now - that they are tearing out their international departments (as I have heard some claim)???

Kind Regards and Many Thanks,
Frank Lucas.

2021.12.04 19:04 ProfessionalHuman78 How do you know your perception is different?

Like, how do you find out if your allistic and sensitive or autistic and therefore hypersensitive? Because for me, I know that I’m more sensitive to sound and smells than most people, but I don’t know if that’s still considered “normal” sensitivity or if I’m waaay more sensitive than usual. I obviously always thought people’s perception was the same as mine and I realized that it isn’t, but I’m now constantly questioning if I’m sensitive enough to be autistic…
